Every plumber on our network goes through a structured vetting process before they carry out a single job.
Trade qualifications checked
We verify relevant plumbing qualifications and check that Gas Safe registration is current where applicable.
Public liability insurance confirmed
Every plumber must hold a minimum of £2 million public liability insurance. We check the certificate, not just the claim.
References and work history reviewed
We speak to previous customers and review a portfolio of completed jobs before approving anyone to work under the Plumbers4Home name.
Trial jobs with quality review
New plumbers complete a supervised trial period. We review the photo reports and follow up with the customer before they join the network fully.
Ongoing performance monitoring
Customer feedback is collected after every job. Plumbers who fall below our standards are removed from the network. No exceptions.
Our workmanship guarantee
We stand behind every job we book.
If a fault develops that is directly attributable to the work carried out, we will return and fix it at no additional cost.
Every job comes with a photo report so there is a clear record of the work completed and the condition of the area before and after.
